Head Coach and Coach access are invite-only. Head Coach has full administrative/operational access except Branding. Guardian invites link a parent account to one athlete and enforce the four-guardian maximum.

Organization Owners, Admins, and Head Coaches can manage the active competition roster, archive returning-season athletes without deleting history, restore athletes within plan limits, rotate minor-athlete activation codes, and remove Parent / Guardian access from this organization.

This is an automatic copy of communication between the coach and athlete. Messages cannot be hidden from linked parent/guardian accounts while the athlete is a minor.
COACH VIDEO ACCESS
Video & Analysis Permissions
For a minor athlete, the linked guardian controls coach access. 3C defaults to View + Analyze so an authorized coach can review video and add coaching analysis at any time.
Guardian visibility is always on for minors. Coach download, external sharing, deletion of originals, and ownership transfer are disabled.
ATHLETE BRACKET
Bracket Information
Parents/guardians can add or update bracket details for their linked athlete. Changes use the same local-first sync queue as coach bracket edits.
FIGHT VIDEO
Record or Upload a Fight
Use your phone to record the match or select an existing video. Coaches and the athlete can review it later with timestamped notes.
